We operate a structured weekly coordination system:

2. Matching: Buyer demand is confirmed
3. Decision: Green Light or Red Light issued
4. Harvest: Only approved produce is harvested
5. Delivery: Orders are fulfilled efficiently

🟢 Green Light = Confirmed orders → Harvest 🔴 Red Light = Insufficient demand → No harvest
